What area are you based in?
We are based in Malta and specialise in local regulations and building practices, for properties in the Maltese islands.
Do you provide property valuations?
Yes. We offer valuations for property sales, purchases, inheritance cases (including divisions and causa mortis), and legal procedures, supported by our technical expertise, depending on what is required.
Do you also restore historic buildings?
Absolutely. Respecting Malta’s built heritage is at the core of our practice. We restore façades, structures and interiors to regain legibility including a balance of traditional techniques and contemporary solutions, giving our recommendations depending on the project at hand.
Do you provide consultation for rural buildings and agricultural land in Malta?
We also provide consultation in relation to agricultural land as well as rural structures in Malta.
Do you provide consultation for commercial properties in Malta?
Yes. We also provide consultation in relation to many different commercial premises in Malta, including but not limited to offices, shops, restaurants, and other types of commercial premises.
Can I stay in my home while the work is being done?
It depends on the type of work being carried out. For smaller projects like minor alterations such as opening of certain walls, staying at home may be possible with temporary measures in place. However, larger renovations such as complete redevelopment may require temporary accommodation.
